C.S. Lewis Onstage: The Most Reluctant Convert

Eisemann Center - Bank of America Theatre
2351 Performance Drive Richardson

C.S. Lewis is most famous for writing the bestselling The Chronicles of Narnia fantasy series, but he was also well-known for his personal and public transition from non-believer to devout Christian. The one-man play The Most Reluctant Convert, adapted from Lewis' own thoughts and writings on the experience, stars award-winning actor Max McLean, who portrays the author as he endures the death of his mother, works through his complicated relationship with his father and walks the path from staunch atheist to one of the most influential Christian intellectuals of his day. After successful runs in New York, D.C. and Chicago, see the philosophical exploration the Chicago Sun-Times called "bristling, provocative, highly entertaining," when C.S. Lewis Onstage brings one of the past century's most interesting personalities to life on stage at the Eisemann Center for Performing Arts in Richardson.
