It's inconceivable (inconceivable!) that you'd miss The Princess Bride, Art Centre Theatre's beloved stage adaptation of William Goldman's legendary novel about a legendary quest. Follow stable boy-turned-pirate Westley on his journey to rescue Buttercup, his true love, from the evil Prince Humperdinck, whom she was cruelly tricked into agreeing to marry. Along the way, there'll be duels, poisoned chalices, a more-or-less friendly giant and adventure of the highest order. ACT is staging two productions of this very witty adaptation, one by a youth (ages 7-12) cast and one with an adult/teen cast.
